We stayed for three day. No one cleaned room, restocked towels or took out trash. I called on the day before we left to get clean towels and no one brought them. I called 8 hrs later and finally got the towels.

The Staff is always friendly! Stay there a few times a year as a staycation (Get away from the roommates) and it’s always clean and comfortable. Very quiet too even when it seems busy

The stay was amazing! The staff is amazing and super friendly, especially the lady that checked me in (i failed 2 get her name). She was so nice and remembered my name from our first encounter and greeted me with kindness thereafter. Ill always stay at Doubletree Chico!!!

This is my second time staying here. But this time I had a bug. I brought my own bed bed spray. Sometimes hotels need to do more than “spot” clean rooms. Otherwise nice place and friendly staff

first night wasn’t to bad room next to us blared tv on night than next night same room came in at 2am slamming doors and conversation like they were yelling and could understand there hole conversation . also the smell of weed that was coming into our room for being a non-smoking room. very disappointed with our stay this time

This was one of the Best places to stay. We had a Great Dinner on site. There employees were very nice and helpful. Our room was very very clean. Very comfortable beds. Just a great weekend experience. Ps there guest cookies they provide was Bomb. 😋

The property is pleasant. Gym was very nice. It was raining and windy and the room window where we slept was shacking. I had to wedge the ice pail coaster between the window and frame to keep it from shaking.

I found hair in my tub so I knew it has not been cleaned. I didn’t make it a huge deal as I can easily clean it off but still grossed out by it. There was also lots of water on my bathroom floor by the toilet and tub. As if some e had showered that morning there.

Beds were horrible! The beds were way too hard, they actually gave me back problems! Also asked to have my room cleaned every day! Had to remind them for three days in a row before they finally cleaned the room!

The heater was extremely loud and when it came on it was like an explosion. It kept us awake all night. It should be replaced. The black out curtains were inadequate.

Everything looked very nice, even when entering our room. But, the heater did not work, the windows were only cleaned half way up, the refrigerator was loose on the floor, and the mirror in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. Tried to call the front desk, but no response. We unpacked deciding to make the best of it. Tried later to reach front desk, found out no maintenance personnel were on site, we were offered a room change, but didn't want to move, we were also offered free breakfasts.

Reception set the tone for the rest of our stay - and they were excellent! Warm cookies with check-in, with a thoughtful note about the nuts in it. The room & amenities were clean & perfect. Parking was convenient, but felt a little questionable. Maybe more light and/cameras.

Hotel room was great and everything appeared clean. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed so water kept leaking on the floor, so it could be a hazard for someone else but we just threw down a towel. Besides the shower door the only negative which really isn’t a big deal is room service was not available due to an employee day at the kitchen so only the breakfast buffet was available and it was fantastic. Very nice will stay again.

The hotel was average nothing special which is normal for double tree. The awful part was the front desk! They were rude! Checked us into the wrong room and then blamed us, sorry I’m not the one on the computer and you asked for ID/Credit Card so you should match the name to the room! No towels in the room then they brought us pool towels which okay things happen. I will not stay here again just because of the customer service up front overall the actual hotel was fine.
