The past reviews must have been made quite some time ago. After reading the reviews, I had concerns, but for the Family weekend at CSUC, all rooms were booked and expensive, costing $250-350 per night. Town House HAD a room, and the rate was $75. The only review point I found applicable was the towels - they were worn and thin, clean but dingy. (I brought my own just in case) and used it. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the management was helpful and kind. If you're looking for perfection in everything, this will not meet that expectation. Some paint here or there, or a plug socket not straight up and down, might be noticeable, but it was a nice room for a night, and I got a restful sleep. Also, there's a nice Italian restaurant right across the street with good food. I'd stay again.
Needs better towels.
