It was a nice looking room and you provided cable TV and HBO.
The busyness at the front desk when I tried to ask a question of the clerk at the time of checkout.

The beds and price where great!
The breakfast was sub par. The waffles were good but everything else was meh at best. It needed either a better cereal selection or some eggs and sausage.

Location
The overall shape of the hotel. I had to be moved to a different room because unclensiness. The first day I arrived there. I couldn't tell the difference between staff and just a person walking down the street. Kind of left me wondering.
