We stayed room 28 A , we were there for our 10 yr anniversary. We appreciated having the balcony with beautiful views and our private outside hot tub. We loved our stay and we believe kitchen is great for larger gatherings ( we didn’t use it much since we ate at restaurants mostly but it’s great for people who want to grill and have fun). I would love to stay again. The bathroom was clean.
The ottoman was a little dirty and the floor was vacuumed but unsure if it was mopped ( our child spilled water on the wood floor and when we wiped the floor the napkin was super dirty )

The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful property with nice facilities. We rented a 2-bedroom house, and it was very nice. The area is beautiful. However, there are some drawbacks and things to know.
The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful resort that appears to be largely run by a bunch of teenagers. The staff was friendly, but they mostly appeared to be part-time employees who were working at their summer job. With the exception of the golf pro and the golf Marshall (who were excellent), it felt like all the other staff members, from the front desk to the recreation center to the restaurant, were kind of phoning it in. Not the level of service I expected for a resort of this caliber and for the amount of money I paid. The place is expensive!
I also wasn't impressed by the food at the Ranch restaurant. We only ate there once as it didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. I also didn't understand that everyone gets around the property either on golf carts (for a hefty sum per day) or in their car. We walked from our house to the main area, but it was a 15 min walk, and the pathway isn't well lit after dark. It's clear that a lot of people don't walk.
It's also worth noting that it is far from Bend - like 35-40 mins drive. I did research the location, but I didn't understand that it takes 35 mins to drive 18 miles in and around that area.

location and views around the property were amazing. Our room was walking distance to all the amenities. This place has it all.
The bed was not great. broken down and sank in the middle. killed my back.

So beautiful with lots to do.
The thermostat in my room was set for 72 and I couldn’t change it. That stupid heat ran all night long & often during the day. Never in my life have I set my heat at 72. I asked & begged for them to have someone come and just turn it off. There was a fireplace I never got to use because the heat wouldn’t stop.. I opened my door for the cool fresh air & that just made the heat kick on more. I was miserable hot for 3 nights.
