This luxurious home is centrally located and just a seven minute walk from the Village at Sunriver, an outdoor shopping mall complete with mini-golf (summer) or ice rink (winter). A nearby walking and bike path provides a direct route to both the mall and Sunriver Resort. Outfitted in upscale furnishings, 5 Fawn offers a private and quiet vacation getaway. Skylights and cathedral windows give the living area a light and open feel with extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. Includes gas fireplace, central A/C, Wi-Fi, EV charging plug, and SHARC pool passes. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Living Area: The impressive, 2700 square foot home with the upgraded furnishings has a luxurious feeling. Furnishings include a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. In winter the gas fireplace keeps you warm while watching snow fall outside the two story windows. In summer the central air conditioning helps cool warm days. There is a 55 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace and Bluetooth speaker system with Blue-Ray player, and Wi-Fi high speed wireless internet access. Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). From the dining room there is direct access to the patio and wood pellet BBQ and smoker. Kitchen is fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Attention to detail includes a coffee pot and Keurig for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning. Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 master suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony. The rear downstairs master suite has an exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. Upstairs is a large loft with two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, Foosball table and wall-mounted 46 inch LCD TV. All 5 bedrooms have LCD TV's, cable, & Blue-Ray/DVD players. In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo/conditioner and soap, as well as a hair dryer. Deck, Hot Tub & Parking: The large 16 x 24 ft paver patio includes wood pellet barbecue/smoker and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and additional room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area. Rules: No Pets. No Smoking. No parties. Sunriver ordinances strictly enforced by Sunriver police: Quite hours 10 pm to 7 am. No fires or fireworks. No nuisance due to over occupancy. No overnight accommodations in trailers or RVs. Max RV/trailer parking at house 48 hours (RV lot available). No parking on the side of roads. No use of any type of firearm or weapon. We really enjoyed our stay at Fawn 5. The house accommodated 8 people easily, including one person who uses a wheelchair. It’s very hard to find accessible housing in Sunriver, but this place worked great. Many thanks to Carrie for answering all of my questions in advance on this issue. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bikes, toys & games, linens, etc. Overall it’s an outstanding property.

What a fabulous time we had staying at this amazing place for a girlfriends reunion! The space was just perfect for the seven of us. We had everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the living room was the perfect spot for us to relax and catch up. The location was so central that we were able to walk and/or ride the bikes everywhere and didn't use our cars once! All in all, it was an unforgettable trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home base. Thanks for the memories!

What a beautiful home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Open floor plan with TV’s in every bedroom. Hot tub was lovely. Well stocked kitchen! Great location in the Sunriver Resort. The use of the bikes was an extra touch! Would definitely stay again! Very special home! ♥️

The house was incredible, comfortable, clean, and organized. We’ll stocked with everything you need and a short walk or bike ride to the village. It was a great home for kids with all of the organizational solutions throughout the house, laundry baskets in very closet, benches/shoe organizer and hooks in the entryway, etc., perfect for a group or families with kids to keep things organized and tidy.

Kudos to the owners who thought of every detail for this property to be enjoyed as our own. Bikes for adults and littles, a bike trailer for our 3 yr old. The circle was a safe hub of activity for our kids (4 boys & 2 girls), biking around the circle, throwing the football, we spent evenings just playing in the driveway and street. There is a Ping-Pong table, outside dining, a spa, a Traeger BBQ, & enough SHARC passes to use the pool. I loved the melamine dishes, I didn't have to worry with the kids and breakage & china plates for adult use. 2 washers and 1 dryer. Lovely appointed bedrooms with adequate baths, games and books for everyone, DVDs and lots of TVs in all the rooms. You arrive and your wonderful adventure begins immediately. Thank you!

Our three-generation family recently (July 2022) stayed at this beautiful property. From the moment we walked it, it felt like a home-away-from-home to us. It was very clean and fresh. The air conditioning was a must since we stayed there with outdoor temps in the upper 90s all week. The layout of the home was perfect, with wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms giving everyone more than enough space to spread out. This house had everything you could imagine needing, like kitchen items, board games, bikes, tvs everywhere, towels and more. The Sunriver bike path is literally right out your door, so you have easy access to ride or walk around. It's just a short walk to The Village. Passes to the SHARC are available, and it was probably the highlight of our stay! I am sure our family will stay there again.

Property was beautiful and spacious! It was also well-stocked with kitchen accessories. The property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our stay! My only suggestion would be to put darker blinds in the bedrooms. The summer sun can be quite intense early in the morning.

We have lots of different needs when we gather - a comfortable meeting space, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a big enough dining room table, and a setting that offers places to walk. Fawn 5 in Sunriver met every one of our needs! And, it has absolutely the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in all our years of meeting together! It has everything you could possibly need. So, this location got a thumbs up from each one of us! Thanks!
