It was perfect for a one night stay. Quiet and comfortable. Close to everything I needed. There was even a pizza restaurant in front of the hotel. Next time I might try it as it looked busy.
My only issue was I went to grab some ice for my cooler in the morning, but couldn't access the ice machine.

Great in relation to walking access to good restaurant
Uneasy about ground floor . Very noisy( door slamming and loud motorcycle in middle of night.
