Nice, would stay again.

Real food options available. Clean and fresh. Nice staff. Bar hours. Self-contained.

Directions to reach it were confusing. A MAPS issue perhaps not yours. Not sure I was charged for the room I signed up for, seemed I got a room for two disabled people when I didn’t ask for that.

We were there during the storm and they lost power. We were told we had to leave. We were left in a rather dire situat

It was clean and the location was great. The staff were very helpful and considerate.

There isn’t anything I can say I disliked.

Room was well appointed for our needs. The central location is appealing & convenient. . We like having the restaurant and bar in the hotel.

This is very minor, but there was only one lounge chair & would have been nice if there were two.

We were on the bottom floor and from 12pm until 5am we keep getting woke up by people by our door (like they were having a party)! Next time i am going to ask for a room not so close to the down stairs!

overall very pleasant, accomadating, comfortable…great location

the Christmas decorations. The height and decor of the lobby, a separate seating area with fireplace. the politeness of ALL shift crew.

one of our family members are vegan…it would be nice if a few vegan options were available

It was very clean

The beds and pillows in our room were the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. The maid was knocking on our door at 8am asking when we were going to check out then went to the room next to us turned the vacuum cleaner on and proceeded to ram it into the wall waing everyone in our room up. We were there for the Tulsa Nationals wrestling tournament and my 11yr old son had wrestled until 11pm the night before and we had to be back by 11am to wrestle again and because of the rudeness of the maid we got very little rest we will stay somewhere else in February when we come back

Room was clean and comfortable. Desk receptionist was very cordial and helpful.

The COLD breakfast and cost $7.95. It would be nice to have a continental “warm” breakfast.We had to leave and go to Neighborhood Jams to eat. The attendant in charge had an attitude.

Overall a great place for a short stay!

Hotel staff was very nice, location was good and there was ample parking available. They have plenty of amenities such as a business center, pool, fitness area that are good bonuses as well.

We were not made aware that the breakfast was not complimentary when we checked in. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast split into either hot foods (eggs, sausage, etc) or cold foods (cereal, yogurt, bread, etc. From what we were told you had to choose between the two. Price was around $10 a plate.

I read all the reviews in the area and thought I was choosing a better place to stay, but it was extremely average.

We stayed in a “Accessible” room. 👍 Bathroom didn’t have ventilation fan to dissipate moisture. Is that not a code violation? Mirror never cleared up enough (even after wip down) so I could use it to shave.

Nice hotel with many inviting seating areas around the property. Great breakfast!

Location and layout.

Upper floors and rooms on the west side of hotel were very hot. AC do not blow hard and room did not cool off till mid mornign. No fan in bathroom.

We booked for 2 nights and the room was only cleaned when we arrived. No fresh towels or bedding for 160.00 per night. Very poor service and i will not recommend it

It was a perfect place for my stay with friends.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was great. Loved the many sitting areas for visiting with friends. Very nice. Everyone from front desk to breakfast people to housekeepers were super nice and friendly.
