Great location. Breakfast was average to above average. Front desk personnel were wonderful and very accommodating.
Street traffic was a little loud.Bed could have been more comfortable.

The location was great and so was the room. The beds were actual queen size and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, coffee excellent and the food very tasty.
The bathroom sink started clogging a few hours before check out. I forgot to notify the front desk. I didnt care for the cost of parking per day but I understand the need for it. I wish that there was a lesser rate for long term stays.

Clean and love the location close to everything
Using the keys for the bathrooms in the lobby but I understand why definitely a good safety idea.

We had an issue with one of the receptionist who double charged us when we got there. It was a one week trouble to get that money back. There was one employee though who was very helpful and very smart, the other ones just didn’t know the systems well or were not that experienced
