It was a quick trip but the stay was very much worth it!

The room was so much bigger than I expected and it was so much worth it! I wish we could have gotten to stay longer but emergencies came up prior so we had to be gone at 6:30 in the morning! Loved how late the checkout would have been for us since we had our 2yo!

It sucks having to pay to park but with the hotel being in the heart of the city I completely understand why they would need to. With that being said though, I like that you have to have a key card to get into the parking area!

Walking distance to BOK and restaurants. Front desk was very helpful.Thank you Betty for all your suggestions and help!

Hotel biedt een ruime parkeerfaciliteit en prima geleden in het centrum. Prima staf. De kamer (studio) was meer dan ruim met uitstekende faciliteiten, waaronder een keuken en werkplek.

Hotel biedt een ontbijt aan - is Amerikaans ontbijt dus voor Europese standaarden wat karig.

Location, clean, smiling staff, seemed newly remodeled. Large room very high ceiling with ground floor room - almost cavernous

Price was very near doubled even though room reserved 6 months advance due to special event downtown, concert. The room was not ready at 3pm check in time. I'm a Marriott Gold member, unable to use my phone as key with Marriott app, nor could I collect points for stay as I had booked on booking.com website instead of direct thru Marriott app. Lastly, even tho I'm a gold member, gave my membership # at desk was given a ground level floor room which was on the end near emergency exit. Hotel at capacity, due to special event, much noise all night as many guests used that emergency exit as thruofare to enter and exit hotel, even afterhours. The outside door which was on other side of room wall was heavy and operated with push bar latch, causing it to banging loudly when opening and shutting. The door banging and the guests talking could be heard opening and closing thru the night on the main level. The bar, the elevator, reception, and bkfst area not far away. When checking into hotel and having to wait on room to become ready, I asked front desk if bar in lobby had happy hour, she said she did not know or think so. She indicated the bar was open from 3 to 11pm and to ask bartender if there were any specials. It was after 3pm, room not teady despite it being offical check in time, no bartender or guests visible at "open bar." Not to mention, no offer of complimentary soda or drink while waiting on room after 3pm check in time (even for known gold loyalty member). Reception unable to add Marriott member number to stay when requested. Unable to honor late check out next morning and unable to provide clean room despite it being after 3pm check in time. Staff friendly and smiling, greeting guests. All this and paying almost twice normal nightly rate of room due to nearby local event. Disappointed in overall stay, especially at high price.

Everything else was great.

great location, very nice staff, room temperature control very bad,

temperature of room was impossible to control. Bed and pillows were semi uncomfortable.

Was told the bar would be open until 11 and us and many other guest came back to the hotel after a concert and then told the bartender closed up early.

Good rest. Parking

Spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very attentive.

My lock cover on my door was missing. There is not exhaust fan in the bathroom!! The elevator made lots of noise and bounced and felt unsafe. Parking was expensive and should be included with the room.

Bed was super comfy. I did request a jacuzzi tub way in advance and still was not able to provide a room w a jacuzzi. Came with a full kitchen and decorating was beautiful.

No jacuzzi tub. Trash at elevator was same trash for 36 hours. Stacked on top of trashcan. Breakfast was ok. For nearly 200 dollars a room plus 15 in parking I would think that the hotel could provide a better menu.

for the amount they charge, breakfast should taste better and not be way over cooked

great location and staff was wonderful. manager very helpful

breakfast was gross. elevator went down while we stayed but I didn’t take off anything for that because of the management being so helpful

The room was nice

That my reservation was never sent to hotel. It was supposed to be 150+tax. Booking.com tried charging me 4 times after I had to pay at my hotel because my reservations were never sent over. And now I'm paying 185 for the room. Communication sucked. We seen 2 others walk out also because of communication and reservations
