The breakfast room was upstairs and had a lovely patio with outdoor seating. The pool was large and able to accommodate multiple guests at once. Also, the rooms were very spacious, and there was more than one sink, making it very convenient for larger families and groups. Also, the lobby had free water and coffee, and the furniture was very comfortable. I was also able to walk to multiple different restaurants and other places from the property. There was a side door that led directly to the parking lot, so I could enter the property with my keycard and return to my room more efficiently. Also, the no pets rule helped keep the hotel much cleaner.

The location was great in the center of town close to everything. It was just a few short minutes from National Parks. The breakfast was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. It was clean and comfortable.
The rooms felt a little dated and there was a small staircase in the middle of the hotel so we had to load one luggage cart and then carry down the stairs and unload onto another luggage cart to finish the trip to the room. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient since we had a lot of luggage.

The location in Moab was great. Right in the centre so walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars. Great pool and complimentary hot drinks
