The location was good.
Everything was aged. I know its not a new hotel. So some age is expected but seems like it has been maintained just enough… didnt like that we couldnt control the thermostat to go below 68. Our room stayed hot most of the trip. And ac unit sounded like it was gonna fall apart. Wasnt a break for us, but i wont stay here during summer months or even warmer months again. Cant sleep when im hot

Kids loved the waterpark, amenities, and all of the included activities. Rooms and facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly.
The couch in the living room was quite uncomfortable and the beds were a bit too hard. Also, certain activities (gem mining, build-a-buddy) stated that they would include a fee but did not state the price.

Huge spider/webs on the balcony.
Top yellow & white bed blanket was dirty. Blood, Pen, and other weird stains on both beds on blankets when we flipped them over.
Shower curtain dirty at the bottom.
The splash pad in the inside was down, the one on the outside closes early so it was kind of hard finding spot where the 2 & 3 year olds could play safely.
