Clean! We Clorox wiped all surfaces and the entire bathroom and everything was clean. Didn’t pick up the mattress though. The room smelled fresh. The bed was made smooth and with crisp corners, except the pillowcases were too large and wrinkled ( hopefully just from not being folded fresh from the dryer and not from being left from the time before)
We liked everything white and clean! Didn’t hear anything from other rooms, guessing soundproofing was good. We know it’s a loft and Loved the high ceilings.
We were given a room when we first got there and when we got to the room, it wasn’t the room we had booked. We went back to the desk and the next lady corrected it, but we had to carry everything again to another room, and there were no luggage racks that time . The ladies were very nice and apologetic and they did correct it, just would’ve been helpful if the computer system would have been correct at the beginning. The phone didn’t work. The wake up call didn’t work because of the phone and we had called the desk the night before ( from our cell) and gave our cell for back up call but they never called on the cell, the room phone called but couldn’t answer it. Also called for the toilet not working at 11:00, got back to the room at 8:00 and it wasn’t fixed, called again and they did come immediately and fixed easily. We had a loft room and the upper windows were very dirty and smeared and the outside balcony rafters were really bad with spider nests!
A suggestion.. a regular chair in a corner would be helpful and also a luggage rack would be so nice. Not sure how, but there was no way to block the balcony lights so the room was not dark at all at night. We’re older and not real familiar with technology, so a guide for the tv remote, would have been helpful.
We dont mean to sound so particular, just trying to be honest in a kind and hopefully helpful way.

Location was good
When we got to our room their was some bugs on the ceiling but they were super nice and moved us to a new room. They were to high for the front desk to get so they were going to inform maintenence

The location and the new decor
The parking is really bad and that the second footing the room to the balcony didn’t lock from the top to bottom had to put a chair up against the door to keep it from coming open.
