Location and all the things to do with the kids and grandchildren. We really didn’t have to leave the property. Close to everything we did and no traffic to get there. The breakfast set up was terrific. The view of the mountains was beautiful too. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Some of the toilets are lose and need to be secured down. We had a fire alarm go off one night around 10 pm. It took a while to clam the children down.

The hotel was beautiful, minutes from The Island and other entertainment and food. Plenty of lounging spaces, great bar with friendly staff, indoor & outdoor pools, gym, etc. It was very nice and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice views, swimming pool, upstairs play area.
Housekeeping, breakfast, holes in the ground near the play area leading to injury, initial help with injury but lack of follow up by management, not refilling essentials such as toilet paper, tissues, or in room coffee (only refilled 3 out of 7 days stay), no questions about how was stay when checking out or follow up on this either.
