Very clean and beautiful resort.
The only thing that was difficult during our stay was trying to leave the resort. There was only one way out and it was in a curve where a lot of traffic was coming. So it was difficult and somewhat dangerous trying to get out of the parking lot to go somewhere.

This was one of the most comfortable spaces I've ever stayed in. The bed was the most comfortable and the AC worked the best of any hotels I've stayed at recently. As a professional interior designer, I can say the condo interior was beautifully and well designed with expert craftsmanship. The lazy river and 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub were amazing and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay again and for longer to take advantage of the spa amenities.

We enjoyed the local attractions. We visited Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede.
This was the eleventh time staying at RTiverstone. Each time before this time has been well worth the time and money. When I called the day before check-in, the host of Riverstone was rude and told me my reservation was canceled. It was too late to verify, so I had to wait to talk to a manager. It was not canceled after all, but I was treated with a high level of disrespect. When we got to the room, the hot water wouldn't work, the room was smaller than we had stayed in before, and we spent more money on less room. I was not impressed at all with our experience this time.
