The extra perks from staying at the resort were wonderful! The family room with bunks were very nice and we chose the layout with the bunks close to our bed to keep an eye on the littles.

Dollywood DreamMore Resort was awesome! The staff are all so nice and the Resort was clean, rooms were in excellent condition. Got to see Aaron Tippin for one of their Winter Series Concerts. Just a great time and beautiful place.

Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm. The location and resort was wonderful. Staff was friendly and room was great with a Mountain View.

Get place for families! Easy to get around property and the best amenities to make our stay fun and enjoyable! Plus, the trolley ride right into Dollywood from the front door was an added plus!

Staff was great! Room air unit was VERY noisy. Carpet was stained. Bathroom wall had stains on it. Chairs in common area by fireplace were very stained. Again staff was too notch!! Food in the restaurant was very good as well.

This was our first stay here even though we visit the Pigeon Forge area each year. We went over Christmas and the decorations were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and greeted us each time we saw them. The DM Pantry was amazing for food and drinks. We went for coffee often! My husband, who usually complains about hotel beds, loved the bed and slept great! The family suite was great and gave us plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did leave an item in the room, hoping to hear back from the hotel in regards to that. Overall, we will stay again fo sure!

I wish the room would have had a microwave and the refrigerator would have been larger! Those are the only two things I would like improved!! The resort was wonderful in all other areas!!

We had a great stay at Dream More. Amy, one of the trolley drivers provided great customer service and was a Dollywood advocate through and through. Only one grumpy/not very friendly barista at Dream More. She was not rude, just didn’t seem glad to be there. That was a stand out as everyone else was great. The pool has a slick spot in the zero entry area and I fell pretty hard. Was thankful I did was not carrying my grand daughter! All in all a great stay…room was good grounds and amenities very good. Will be back!

Dolly's hotel was all that a well-run hotel should be. From housekeeping to the front desk, dining, pool, the beautifully kept grounds, parking, and a free ride to Dollywood, we were quite impressed. And with the convenience store and gas station across the street who could ask for more? We would consider returning someday.

We had a great stay. The charm was the combination of the hotel not being too large, great food, and relaxing pool atmosphere. Concierge service and shuttle to the amusement parks were great and easy. Rooms were clean and staff very responsive. Our bed pillows were on the stiff side, good for side sleepers but not for back sleepers. Otherwise very nice accommodations. Pool was fun and clean, and having lifeguards was a plus. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Evening s'mores by the pool a nice touch. Overall terrific time.
