Short stop over

Nice size room and bathroom. Day shift staff were very friendly.

Night shift staff was not very friendly. We were directed out to the end of the building to get to the elevator vs. being directed down the hall to the elevator. We had to take bags all the way across the parking lot and then tote them to our room because the luggage carts were all up front where we were not allowed to enter.

Can't change the Parking Lot... More than enough parking space though. Great lighting throughout lot.

Not worth your money or time! I would not stay there again! Nice lady in front desk but other then that no thanks!

It was close to psi test center and it was close For all the restaurants and stores.

Small parking lot. Bed was like it was broken and the room smelled like cigarettes! It was alright hot tub was good. Just didn’t think it was worth the $300 for what we got. And I guess it was that much because of the hot tub. And didn’t like how we had to get like 4 new keys every time we had to go inside our room. The keys would not work half the freaking time! So yea it wasn’t at all great nor it was worth that much money for a room that smelled and for a bed that was broken that you would end up in the middle of the bed because it was broken!

We didn't do the breakfast because they did not extend in on a Sat and we slept in.

Blow dryer could have worked. Could have had something we could watch on tv....everything was a fee

Pleasant

The staff was friendly, the price was a big bonus, the location is great for date nights and such.

The hotel room could have been cleaner. You can tell they don't deep clean ever, there was old food behind the night stand and the floor in the bathroom was dirty the first day but whoever cleaned the second day cleaned up in the bathroom. Overall for the money you can't beat it and we'd prob stay there again.

Okay but not worth the price tag

Close to where I was going and quite inside.

The bathroom had an ammonia smell like someone has a cat there and there was mold under the sink. Expected it to be more clean for a hundred dollars a night.

Exceptional

It was quiet and the house cleaning staff was very good to us.

I didnt like the fact that I paid online for the room in order to earn points and I accidently book non instead of smoking and I had to pay an extra 10 dollars to the hotel to stay in a room that i have been in for days now

will not stay again

nice employee at desk.

hallways stink, needs major repairs in rooms. front desk area is nice but rooms in poor condition. The shower faucet coming off wall, torn carpet, hallways dirty. owners definitely not taking care of property sadly. I usually don’t give bad reviews but many of these conditions could easily be taken care of

It was OK

they charge you $100 deposit they don’t tell you till you’re there and then you cannot get them to refund your hundred dollars. they are thieves.

Terrible. Woke up with burning throat due to smoke.

Nothing really

The room was smoky, although I requested a non smoking room. The manager was not understanding of smoke free room. Had upper respiratory irritation throughout the night.

the telephone did not work and to speak to the person at the front desk I had to go down in the elevator. Really needed a room on the first floor.

The breakfast was self service but definitely amazing. The rooms were comfy and everyone was quite pleasant

Great stay all together would stay again.

It was quiet (other than mentioned below). Coffee and breakfast provided. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Would recommend

It was quiet all but the music next door at the bar. A room on the other side would have been better. I'll know for next time. The coffee cups provided could be bigger....

Funny no smoking policy.

It was ok for the night.

Whole hotel smelled of Marijuana. Charged a $150 deposit that was not mentioned on Booking.com. Said it was in case you smoked in the room. I really dont know how you could tell when the whole place smelled of Marijuana, including lobby, halls, elevator and even our room. I had to buy febreeze from gas station and spray our room before we could even stay in it.

comfortable and a good value

close to freeway, had all the basics I needed, breakfast was adequate, parking was convenient

it’s on a very busy street and it can be hard to get out of the parking lot if turning left

Good but not great

The location was good. It was a good value.

The bathroom was rough. Tub and shower full of soap scum. The air in our room barely worked. The key card lock barely worked and we had to slide our card several times to unlock the door. The last night we were there, there was a family with several rooms beside ours slamming and beating doors repeatedly until 1 am. The bed was hard as a rock. Half of the lamps did not work.
