Great location, comfortable beds, you can hear everything around you.

Location and staff were awesome.

The rooms were very comfortable but unfortunately you can hear everything above and beside you. They definitely need some sound deadening done to the rooms.

It was a good value for a overnight stay while traveling

Location was great off of 1-75. Price was right. Hotel was safe and clean.

Furniture in room was looking a little beat up and is ready for replacement soon. The bathroom was small and shower did not drain. Breakfast was fair. Selection was smaller than other hotel breakfasts we have had before.

1/10, will NOT recommend. Waste of $150

Overall, I had a terrible experience and will never return to this hotel while visiting Chattanooga. I have seen small motels better than this hotel. And for almost $150 for one night, I feel like I got completely ripped off. I'll be sure to let friends and family know to steer clear. The beds felt like a rock, and pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable, making it for I maybe slept for 2 hours and woke up in a lot of pain. The bathroom was EXTREMELY short and small, making taking a shower or using the restroom as a tall person difficult. The bathroom door almost touches the toilet while opening, making there no room to move at all. Plus, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left in there, which I ended up having to go get more in the middle of the night. Taking a shower was also very difficult because it had some of the lowest water pressure I have ever felt. The TV had a strange blue tint to it, making it hard to really make some stuff out, and it was hard to watch anything in general. The TV remote itself was extremely dirty and had hair and dirt caked between the buttons. The table lamp was also broken and was stuck in a low position and wouldn't move. Breakfast wasn't terrible food wise, but the whole breakfast area is set up very poorly. It's cramped and hard to get around other guests without getting in people's way. Which while I was down there, I heard a couple of other guests complaining about it as well. 1/10, would not recommend.

CONVENIENT FOR THE TIME

THE COFFEE WAS AVAILABLE 24/7 WHICH WAS GREAT AFTER A 12HRS DRIVE

BREAKFAST - THE EGGS WERE THE ONLY HOT BREAKFAST AVAILABLE, AND IT WAS TASTELESS. WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED MORE VARIETY

My stay was very good, location great, hotel was clean.

Breakfast room was a good size and very clean.

The bacon was awful. The hotel should serve clients better quality bacon. It just crumbled in your hand or fork. I could not even eat it as it was that bad.

Very unpleasant people, does not like local customers

Location

Roaches in bathroom, front desk ladies act like they don't want you to be there. Very unpleasant people. We stayed there to be close to our work due to inclimate weather although we were told HE don't like to rent to locals??? So if your local to chattanooga don't go to the Windgate at Hamilton place.

This is a good hotel that provides comfort while traveling.

beds were comfortable and room was warm -- just right; towel supply was good. Window shades were good to keep out morning light.

The lamp between the beds did not work. The power socket on the wall beside the bed near the window did not function. Need 2 little bars of soap -- one for sink and one for shower -- was only given 1 bar of soap. Would like to see more USB ports in the room.

Comfortable

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Housekeeping was very nice and do a great job. There was a very tall gentleman with an accent he was very polite and friendly.

The two older Ladies are not friendly, rude, and very intrusive.

The hotel was an excellent choice. The staff were very nice and informative (Sheryl). The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not too bad

The location was ok. It's kind of tucked away but as long as the traffic wasn't bad, easy in and out. The staff I encountered were friendly. The breakfast was to be expected and worked. The bed was comfortable too.

The property could use a face lift. The hot tub isn't there anymore and the gym left something to be desired. It was all bare minimum.

Agradable, volveré.

Me gustó mucho la comodidad de la habitación amplia, con escritorio y silla, además un sillon, tv grande con su mueble, closet y caja fuerte. La vista abierta hacia la avenida. Me gustó la ubicación, aunque no está bien localizado por Google Maps y eso complicó nuestra llegada el 1er día y también complicó al correo que tenía que traerme un paquete.

Esperaba más del desayuno en variedad y cantidad. A veces tardaban en reponer pan. De todas formas calificaría el desayuno como bien.

Do not stay here. Front door is locked at all time is a tell tell sign of what type of hotel this is

My kids went down to breakfast two days in a row and there wasn’t food. My husband asked a staff member about the situation and they gave him a answer of no concern. The location is not a good location. There’s no pool and no attractions there.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. They say queen beds but in fact they are full size beds. Bathrooms are small. When you open the door to the bathroom you have to maneuver your way in and out. The gym was pool. And the ice machine never had ice.

I didn't notice that you can't live within 40 miles of this hotel until I checked in. What is odd is that they allowed me to check in so this policy must be in place so that they can discriminate against certain ethical backgrounds of they choose.

our stay was acceptable, but we will not pick this location again

clean and easy to get to and close to I75

breakfast was lacking. nothing healthy for an older person. no fruit, no whole wheat bread, no nutritional cold cereal (corn flakes and cheerios only choice), no boiled eggs.
