Beds are terrible. Pillows are ABSOLUTELY terrible. Didn't sleep well for two days.

It was nice and close to the beach but they didn’t have any internet.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean.

No Wi-Fi. They didn’t have any internet. We were on third floor but the floor around the windows and that side were really wet. The windows were closed. I know we got a good rain storm that one evening.

The time spent was pleasant enough but I won't go back.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Pool was clean and offered thick nice towels

Laundry facility was dismal. One working machine scratched and beat up in a filthy room. Inadequate for a family at the beach in such a large hotel. The check-in was terrible--check-in person was working alone, did not know how to work the computer, and the lobby filled with groups waiting. Took over an hour just to get a room and I had reservations for over a month. Hotel changed its name during my stay...so it looked like it had a superficial face-lift

Excellent stay and will definitely come back!

Breakfast was great for the price. The room was super spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were soft, Over all, my family and I were so satisfied with our stay. It was very clean.

Very sad and we have stayed here for over 20-15 years to see it going into this decline.

Complemary breakfast was extremely lacking. Had dry cereal and no milk. No fruit or yogurt and attendant had to go to grocery store to purchase milk. Management should have supplies already provided or a cash fund so an employee can get supplies ahead of time. How can cereal be eaten without milk??

Seemed very neglected. Use to be a clam cleaning area - no more. Lots of debris behind building. Breakfast was a joke and embarrassed for the hotel employees that have to face the customers-of course no owner present.

Disappointing

The breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Staining the couch. Very small pillows, bed very uncomfortable. TV quit working. Heater was very noisy.

Comfy room w/lots of amenities, providing good value for its price.

Location, value, convenience for an ADA person w/elevator, nice breakfast offerings. Also has pool & hot tub which I lacked the time to use. Others seemed to enjoy it a lot.

Breakfast was a normal hotel buffet. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage etc. It was nice to be able to eat onsite rather than go out for every meal

Bed was not very comfortable with old thin sheets and horrible mattress cover that bunched up. Otherwise the rest of the room was fine.

Pool heater was broke couldn't use it. Came in from dinner coild smell weed in lobby. The only person there was the guy at the desk.

Disappointed as I stay here 2-3 times a year usually.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly

Room had holes in cabinets, bathroom towel rack broken and hanging down on wall. Only 1 bath towel due to no room for towels in bathroom, spa tub had to be filled by shower due to tub facet being broken. Fridge made loud noises all night. Tv in bedroom would not hook up fully to get strong signal from box without lines and inturuption on the screen. Not worth the money paid for the extra special room.

close to the beach

right next to a family with a baby. when the hotel is not full, families with small children should be at least 1 room separate from others. baby cried most of the night keeping us awake

Perfect location, easy check in, great breakfast, comfortable room. Great value for the money.

Thin walls and ceiling. People walking around above us and tv on in room next door.
