Location was good, cleanliness was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, check out time was good
Window had no screen, elevator is broken, walking with all of our luggage out through the feeding area was awkward

Great location with a some view of the beach and walking trail to the beach to watch the sunset. The hotel is near restaurant, shopping and a short walk to the convention center. Love the modern look of the lobby. The staff were friendly and efficient with the projected check in. The rooms were already assigned. Breakfast was great and hot.
Because the elevator was out of service, the stairs was the entrance and exit from the rooms, Walking through the busy breakfast area was cumbersome with no clear path from the stairs to the door way.

We've stayed multiple days and times at BayVue. Stephen carried luggage to room as elevator was not working. We have dealt with Stephen multiple times and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. All staff are a joy to be around and very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and has something for everyone! The location and atmosphere is perfect.
Nice place to stay, but Room prices could be a little less costly. Maybe a repeat customer discount?

Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, beds were comfy, the pool was fun, and it was close to everything.
I tried to call and boom and was out on hold for 20 minutes and tried calling back and never got an answer. So I booked through booking.com
