The staff were fantastic, there was a new hire that was being trained and he was super friendly. The senior staff member was extremely knowledgeable and she was also really friendly and watching her train and her patience was also really nice.

Staff were lovely and helpful! We got a room on ground floor which was perfect for travelling with a baby! Beds were pretty comfy! Was great to have boiling water on tap!
There was a wierd smell! The breakfast was terrible, consisted of pre packaged cinnamon scrolls! Very very outdated! The area was a bit sketchy which we didn’t realise coming as a foreigner
