The people was so polite and helpful.
The rooms were clean, didn’t care for the old air system. You could not adjust it to a normal temperature. Meaning if you cut it off the room sweated to point water was on floor.

The location was great. Next-door to Lamar University.
There were juice stains, trailing from the bed to the bathroom. And I found used paper towel towels underneath my mattress. And I wasn’t happy about that.

Close to everything
I was in a room that was on the front of the building all you hear from inside is the traffic. Beds were small.
