Cleanliness, mattress was good, everything look new. We were having trouble with the TV and someone was sent immediately.
Automated check in, it was horrible. My husband an I are both hard of hearing and it was hard to understand what was said, not because his English was bad but because it sounded muffled, IMO it needs more treble. I also like a person to great me and chat with. When we left we got a "thank you" yelled from the back room.. We hope we never have to use one again.

Room was decently clean and large.
When checking in we need to work with someone through a machine not in person making the building feel less safe and secure and they are not available to help when things weren't working right. Breakfast is nothing special and not well stocked and the morning of checkout housekeeping wias knocking on the door an hour and a half before checkout time interrupting my rest time.
