Horrible!!!

This places it disgusting, out first room had bed bugs. We had to be moved to a second room at 3 am because we were being woken up by the bites. Then we had to pay 4$ to was all of our clothes and clean our luggage to avoid bringing bed bugs back to our own home. The second room was dirty and there was a empty can of soda under the bed. I attempted to reach out to the manager 3 times during my 2 day stay. 2 phone calls and a visit to the front desk which was unsuccessful. Horrible no refund for laundry or the room.

My stay could have been better. Until they upgrade the facilities/staff, I will not be coming back.

The hotel need to be upgraded. The air conditioning didn't work in the elevators. They turned down the air because one of the front desk employees didn't like the air instead of thinking about the guest that are paying to stay in comfort. It was 100 degrees outside and they turned down the air. They were under staffed the tv didn't work in my cousin's room, the frig didn't work in my friends room, I had to figure out how to get my cable to work, we had no wash cloths in the rooms and the staff didn't seem motivated. It felt like the didn't want us to call them for help. The lady that was working the breakfast was wearing a bonnet and what looked like her pajamas, very unprofessional.

I will NEVER RETURN

Nothing I had to buy my own bed sheet because the bed was disgusting with brown spots all over..Some pillows didn’t even have covers with brown spots all over as well! The room was used before I got there and no one care to clean! Morning serving staff was extremely rude and obnoxious! She needs to be fired…. I would rate a zero for over all but the lowest is 1 so I gave 1! Never again

I enjoyed the premises, many of the guests, and the availability of a nice laundry room..

Nice room; pet friendly; welcoming hotel grounds.

Rumors of bedbugs; the scent of "Skunk weed" in the hallways and elevators.

the parking is included, the price is affordable

the room: the floor in the room was dirty, the toilet seat was flaking, the toilet had hard water stains, the ac was loud that it was hard to sleep the amenities: the pool was drained, the floor in the elevator was sticky, the weight room was closed the hotel: the alarms at the front door were sounding, the receptionist ignored that, the lady serving breakfast was singing loud

not clean - refrigerator not cooling -tv not working - when offered a 4th room due to cleaning issues r and refrigerator not working we had enough - had a pet with us not in room 30 minutes they charged us $75 so called not refundable - their fault it should have been refunded period all the fees and it should be shut down if this is the best they can do

It did the job. I was visiting my boyfriend and we needed somewhere to stay but I don’t think I’d stay again anytime soo

The breakfast was good

They messed up my check in and out dates so they gave someone else my room number and a key to get in while I was already inside the room. This happened at 11 PM when I was already sleeping so someone opening the door in the middle of the night was terrifying. In result they changed the other person into a new room but ended up canceling my key card so I had to go back to the front desk and reregister to cards to get into the room.

Food / location

Second time coming here and no active WiFi or good signal. Kept telling the staff they claim it is fine but once again no connection . My room this time had a leaking toilet from time I came in , til time we checked out which was only 24hr . Definitely unacceptable.

very dirty. bathroom was tiny and dirty. bath tub has foot prints in it. floor had stuff all over it. they didn’t give us wash rags. TV didn’t work.

Hot breakfast was best part

Called several times to ask about bringing my dog. They stated dogs were allowed, never stating an additional fee. When checking in was told there was a fee of 25 dollars per night . I asked when they started charging just to be told in November. I had booked before that time and don't believe I should have been charged and I was never told of the change in any of the calls I made right before my stay.

First room had overpowering room deodorant smell. Second rm had bad tub drainage so we had to shower in 2 inches of standing water. Stayed 2 nights, with no housekeeping, no new towels, no coffee. I found the channels list in a drawer. Security bad. No room safe and when we needed to replace a room key, we weren’t asked for ID.

With the exception of our friends room having mold, our stay served our purpose of visiting Colonial Williamsburg perfec

breakfast, fridge/microwave/coffee in rooms, allows dogs.

The ceiling was peeling/flaking off in our bathroom. My friends room (which I reserved for her and her husband) had visible mold on the walls and in the door/door jam leading to the connecting room.

Exceptional

The breakfast was great good location friendly staff. The only problem I had the housekeeper did not clean the room with the exsticted stay. I was not informed that you had to request for room to be clean.
