Good welcome from reception staff and valet staff. Room large, ocean view (across a parking lot). Good location, close to amenities, bars, restaurants. Nice to have a breakfast included.

I loved the comfy bedding. The view of Casco Bay was great! I also enjoyed how quick the valet was and how nice the indoor pool was kept.
I didn’t like how little parking exists without valet.

The staff
Not being told before booking that there would be a 20 minute wait each time we had to use our car
And then being charged a $40 fee for parking
