Nice stay, great location, worth the price!

Newly renovated rooms, very nice update!

The floors weren't cleaned previously so they were a little dirty/ sticky

Nice hotel, clean rooms.

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much however, the rooms look up to date. We rented a king size and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, toast, bagels, Danish, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal.

I appreciate the outside lighting if you are coming back to your room after dark however, the curtain in our room did not close completely so the room was not completely dark and I have a hard time sleeping with light on. I know they can't control the people who stay there, but I would just like to say, if you are staying in a hotel, keep the music down so the people in the room next to you don't hate you.

Served it’s purpose, won’t be using this hotel again.

It was close to the falls

Unclean, lots of bugs and insects. We bought bug spray the first night and used it daily.

Great room Great view!

We had at first, reservations at Rodeway Inn, next to Quality Inn Rodeway was deplorable, couldn't stay there. The reception desk (who were terrific) got us into a beautiful room at Quality Inn with a balcony facing the river and we were thrilled! The room was large and modern. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was great too. Lots of great places to walk our doggies.

DO NOT PATROAGE THIS SITE....PERIOD...!

Close to downtown...

Everything: - air-conditioning was nonexistent as the unit was at max and but warm air.....thoroughly miserable and no sleep - bed mattress was such low quality. We didn't sleep at all. - the room was filthy and the TV speakers were blown and the sound was atrocious. - tried to get management attention and were conveniently not available. - not suitable for "white trash" I now understand the "no refund for cancelation" - linens and bath towels were minimal and no bath towel for the floor

That is was pet friendly and close to town and place I was visiting.

I did not like that the breakfast did not have more to offer when I stayed here in September 2022 they had a great breakfast and then in June it was awful not a lot of choices

Poorly maintained + no a/c

Nice location. No view of river though.

Room smelled like salsa. Strongly! Poorly maintained. Couldn't use pool in the morning.

You get what you pay for. $99/ night without taxes and fees can’t complain too much

Was a great location close to the falls, easy to find and staff was polite.

The room smelled like sour cream and cheddar chips, there was so much garbage under the bed and in the vent to the AC. No cable kinda sucked but you get what you pay for.

Need to have a talk with the woman that work in the mornings thy are rude and treat people as tras.

The price was good. Food was good the man that was working was one of the nicest people there.

The morning staff she was rude and she treated us like trash for no reason

No Wi-Fi, no TV Guide on the remote. No table and chairs. No towel racks by the sink. Very uncomfortable chair.

Rude lady who made us fill like we was trash. SMH smh

It was good tell we went to get breakfast. The lady was very rude and told us we was not allowed to be in there and we was in room 259 and she still was very rude and mad us fill like we did something wrong. When we checked in we was welcome to there free bread but she said we were not allowed in there and kept making us fill like we was stilling.

The lady that made us fill like we was trash it was 11/4/22. I don't remember her name but she is a very rude person and we will be letting everyone we know who stay there not to anymore.

The bed was soft with clean bedding and good pillows. I got a wake up call.

Everything except the bed. Nothing was as advertised. No wi-fi. No fitness center. No saunas. The pool was closed for the year. The air conditioning would not shut off. It was cold outside. There were clean towels and bedding but everything else was dirty. The microwave inside, the refrigerator, the freezer had 6" of ice in it. The bathtub had 6 inch dirt rings around it. The dresser was missing a drawer. The floor in one room was torn up and it was bare boards with spackel on it. The wallpaper had ripples in it. There were splotches of paint on the walls. The rooms were all dirty in the corners and under the furniture. The front drapes would not completely close. I have a disability and cannot walk very far without help. They couldn't accomodate me. I had to walk approx a block to my room. It took me a half hour with many stops. It was dark and slightly scary. I stayed in the bed and got out of there as soon as I could!
