Friendly staff, easy checkin, clean room, great location. Grocery store a stones throw away.
Dated but it’s an older motel, I wasn’t expected 5stars for what I paid. I could hear walking above but quieted at a reasonable hour.

Location - Couldn't get much better! Right at the entrance to the Art Park/State Park. We stayed here last year also, the night of a concert we attended. Room was a bit more expensive than last year, but what me made up in proximity to the Art Park, we didn't mind paying more.
It was fine, nothing fancy.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and that is the most important thing.
We were wondering when it was last cleaned because we found a large dead bug attached to the bath mat.
We were given only enough sugar and creamer for 2 cups of coffee. There should have been more.
