The outside appearance is deceptive; clean, comfortable and stylish rooms, great value for money and in 10min walking distance of downtown

Ayu was very friendly & helpful upon checking in. Hallway and room were clean and smelt clean. Found good parking under the hotel which was great because the hot weather was intense. Easy Uber ride downtown about 1 mile away to the Alamo, River Walk, etc. parking downtown is expensive. The hotel looks fairly new and is beautiful.
It would be nice to have a little hand towel rack near the sink. Finding a place nearby to have breakfast was a challenge; Denny’s not too far away but finding parking is ridiculous.
