Grateful for their last minute accomodations!

The bed was comfortable, very kind staff.

The towels weren't changed and only two were given for two people.

Staff was friendly. Overall the facility is better than it was the last time we were there.

Great location. Have stayed there over the course of at least 20 years. The overall outside appearance stays the same, however there are structural problems inside which need to be addressed. For instance, the door to the bathroom had to be lifted and shoved into place to close the door.

I took a tissue form the tissue box once. It was one of one tissues in the box. I will say that the bed linens and the bed itself were clean and comfortable as were the bath towels. The rest of the amenities, including the bath soap dispenser were so low that I had to dig out a little bottle of shower gel from my toiletry kit. One tissue in the box is not acceptable. I would have opened the window for fresh air, but the screen was so torn that it would not have kept bugs out, so I had to use the A/C...which was adequate but would not have been necessary.

The front desk woman was wonderful and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was dirty (stuff running down the outside of the bowl), the toilet was not bolted to the floor, there were hairs in the tub, body fluid stains on the pillows (not the sheet part...the actual pillow) and cigarette burns on the window seat cushion. It was gross and for $113 on a tight budget, that was not ok. :(

Unable to sleep on the so-called "sofa bed".

Everything was clean and the room was comfortable, but the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and the soap dispenser was nearly empty. These should be checked every time the room is cleaned. Also, a bar of facial soap and facial tissues should be in the room to remove makeup. It is very odd that the toilet tissue holder is about 3 feet from the toilet itself. I had to lean very far forward to get the toilet tissue. It would also help to have hooks in the bathroom to hang your bathrobe or clothing while bathing.

The room was advertised as having a queen bed and a "sofa bed". What it actually has is a queen bed and a narrow shelf under the window which only a very short, thin person could sleep on and it had no linens or anything to sleep on it anyway. This room was only 15 dollars cheaper than the one with two queen beds. How could anyone call that thing a sofa bed????

room was tiny. no refrigerator or coffee maker. breakfast was ok but only had cold items.

For the price not worth it.

For a fee we could bring our dog.

We were given a room near a side exit, which was loud and smelled of smoke . It is where people go out and smoke at all hours of the night.
