Clean room. Room did smell moldy. A/C needed to be cleaned

Overall it was quiet and comfortable.

Room and building is older but decent.

Location is difficult to get in and out. Window track had a dead bug.

Good staff, but facility disappointing.

Very nice and friendly staff. Main room and bathroom was clean. WIFI worked. Beds were comfortable.

Refrigerator was not. Lots of repairs needed. The pool and gym were closed for repairs, but the Booking.com site showed photos. This should have been clear. The smoke alarm went off twice after midnight, and it hung from its wires. We had repeated problems with our keys and needed to have them reprogramed.

Very good

Location, cleanliness, and the staff were very polite.

Water temperature in shower. The temperature valve only allowed for very lukewarm warm water when turned to full hot.

Our stay at the Pickerington Comfort Inn.

The clean room and the location.

Noisy in room above us. Wasn't sure if it was construction going on or the people staying in the room. They moved furniture through out the night and walked back and forth very hard across the floor. Didn't have room cleaned for 4 days. But found out by a flyer on the front desk that you only get cleaning service if you ask. That should be explained when customers check in. So customers know what to expect.

Noone at desk when I arrived. Had 2 ring bell and wait. Clerk took forever then ASKED ME for a tip!

Nothing.

A small fridge full of pre-packaged sandwiches.

Not a bad place to stay, but probably won’t be my first pick.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel only has one entrance and it is in a bad spot and super awkward. The pool was also closed for renovations which was a bummer.

Overall not bad, but not the best

The breakfast was good! and the staff was very friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable!

We had ants in our room after the first night. The shower wouldn’t turn on all the way and it just wasn’t very clean

it was clean and the breakfast was good

couldn’t cancel the pool was closed for construction and had been for months! the price I paid wasn’t worth it. had an old Odor in the halls from being an old hotel

Location

It was outdated , and in need of repairs. The pool was not open and that was the reason for this booking. We were not informed before we purchased.

not worth staying here for the money

easy to find, hard to turn around to make a u turn at the light.

it has a smelly odor. they place a half empty shampoo bottle and a full one. at breakfast the orange juice was empty. I told the gentleman that was there and he replaced it with some kind of red juice not orange juice. the pool and gym weee both closed for remodeling. I wish I had known that , I would have went to a different hotel.

we travel alot for softball tournaments, so I do have high expectations. we like to be close to the fields for early gam

the location was great!

the pool was closed for renovations, and that should be disclosed when you book. we have 4 very disappointed girls. we also had issues with getting clean towels.

There were rooms marked off with police tape and nailed shut. Lobby was super hot and pool was under construction.
