The staff at all levels were very professional. 4th floor cafe food was great and affordable. Shuttle service was prompt and flexible.
Breakfast menu was thin with not a lot of traditional options and too expensive. Went downtown.

Love atmosphere
Rooms need big updates. Carpet should come out of rooms ( I’m sure beautiful wood underneath), bathroom needs better lighting, rooms all need fridge& microwave. Ours had leaky fridge is all. Also nowhere to plug any chargers in. Rooms need lighting and a bigger TV (32 inch doesn’t cut it) for a room that’s over $300. As much as I love the Crescent probably won’t stay again until they update🥲
