Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean, loved listening to the traffic at night. Ac works great, and pool was nice. Breakfast is simple but nice and they put an effort so I always appreciate that!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. It is always very clean. The rooms are refreshed, and not some old stale smell when you arrive. The bathtub and toilet are sparking clean, and I wasn't worried about catching something by using them . The AC works great. The showers have excellent water pressure. The bed linens are clean, and there is no left over hair all over the place when you rase the cover. This will be my go-to spot each time I'm in Baytown needing a place to stay. I love it. The staff is also very professional, and helpful. The parking lot is lit up very well with lighting, and there are restaurants in walking distance across the parking lot.
Nothing. There is nothing that I "didn't like". I liked everything, really. I've tried thinking of something to say, but I can't think of anything. There is nothing that I "didn't like" about my stay at this hotel.

Is quiet
The staff are very rude, they should be more professional. When we got there we asked to do the check in, and they started looking at us like we were animals and talking in their languages, in my opinion that’s so rude because the customer Can think that you are speaking about them or saying something bad
