Will not be back.

We did no eat. The hotel was so filthy we slept for about 2 hours with the lights on b/c there were roaches everywhere and then we got up and left.

The shady feeling everywhere, falling apart - parking lot and room alike, everything felt unmaintained, room had awful smells, one bed had giant stains merely covered up and remade with mattress covered. I find it hard to believe it could pass any inspections. This place should be condemned and shut down!

Horrifying and uninhabitable.

This property was disgusting. From the moment I walked in the door the musty smell smacked you in the face. The chair in the room had stains and cigarette burns. Carpet was incredibly dirty. Bathroom looked like it had not been renovated since the property was constructed in the 50's or 60's. Mold on the walls. Bathroom mirror that was completely desilvered. Parking lot in disrepair (full of potholes) Hotel name and branding did not match our reservation, which made if difficult to find. It was branded as the OYO Hotel??? We walked in, took a look around and left we could not stay there it was completely unsanitary. The health dept should probably be called! We called the front desk and let them know we would not be staying and left the keys in the room. We ended up spending the night in my daughters' dormitory instead, which was a dream compared to the facilities at this hotel. We are trying to get a full refund.

Honestly, this hotel needs to be torn down, or at least priced so that people are aware of its condition. It should have been $29-$49 a night based on the condition of the facility.

Very run down and dirty. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It even had a different name. Oyo was the name on the sign so I couldn’t find it at first since I was looking for spring wood hotel.

If my mother wasn’t there, then I would have slept in my car before ever staying at this hotel again

It was nice enough for the manager to allow me to check in 30 minutes early.

It was nice enough for the manager to allow me to check in 30 minutes early, but the room was so dirty. I didn’t touch the refrigerator or microwave, but the microwave door was open and it was unbecoming of a food warmer. The bathroom was unsanitary with no soap. The bath curtains were a cream color with mold on it. I had to go back in my car to finish eating food because there were flies in the room. The sheets were stink so I placed my personal sheets over it. I had just driven up from Miami Florida. I only accepted the room because my 61 year old mom really needed to sleep. The pictures on the booking site were fraudulent! We only slept because we haven’t slept in almost 24 hours.

NOTHING! paid full price && didnt sleep here.

the door didn’t lock. they didn’t have an ice machine. the room was disgusting. burn holes everywhere. the abc didn’t work. they had roaches && spiders. it was horrible!! when the we told the office we were told they don’t do refunds!! how when your photos online do not match your hotel! no Wi-Fi. no phone. 1 wash cloth one towel. it was so bad! was so mad forgot to take pics.

Bed was comfortable. Person came down and helped us as soon as we called them to tell them the TV wasn't working.

The toilet ran all night no matter what we did we couldn't get it to stop. They forgot to put cups and stuff in our room.

Allergic reaction to this place

The location was convenient... everything you might need was within walking distance.

Well for starters when I arrived to check in there was a sign that said back in 10 min, but it was much longer . Also it said they had a swimming pool that was full¹⁰y functional and it was no where close to functional,and most of all halfway through my stay I began get conjested beyond any I've ever been, and from there only got worse ,ran a 101.4 fever. I didn't spend the night it was so bad.

Tv remote did not work but was replaced. Toilet was hard to flush and needs to be replaced. Refrigerator had to be plugged in.

Rooms were dirty , everything was moldy, 2 TV and o had to plug-in just to turn on , felt like I had to carry a firearm just to walk out of or stay in my room.

Quick easy check in process.

Rooms were very dirty, and grungy. Sheets had stains and holes in them. The bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple months. The walls or very dirty, had and had holes in them.
