Clean
The room had not been aired out for a while, so we left the a/c on and went out to dinner. When my husband and I came back, the room was much better.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I were nervous it would be noisy being close to the airport, but it wasn't at all. We were concerned other Super 8's had unpleasant smells and dirty but we took a chance after reading other reviews. The place met our four C's. The premises are old, but you can see the owners are updating it. Our first C is Clean. Our room was clean; we checked for bedbugs, and there were none. Amy, the receptionist, was very friendly and kind. The second C is Cheap. The price included breakfast, and we were close to various eating places if we wanted anything else. Third C is Convenient. It was easy getting off and onto the highway. Again, the location was close to a shopping plaza which included Sam's, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants and fast food places. Fourth C is Comfortable. The beds were comfortable, room temperature could be regulated, and the shower worked well. There was a mini fridge available, which we used to keep our travel snacks in.
We can see renovations are being made in the rooms, but it would be nice to have more lighting. Other than that, we are very pleased with our stay there. We plan to go back on our return drive.

Breakfast was good.
If you get a room on the east side of the property, you might as well just sleep on the Interstate. So noisy. Outside of a modern vanity, room was very dated. Sketchy elevator. Front desk clerk that checked me in was a weirdo.
