I liked it when I left.

Stay someplace else unless you are desperate. The office staff was incredibly rude. The property was dirty. When I asked if the property was safe, the staff told me she didn't need my negative vibes and I could go elsewhere. If I had a choice i would have, but I had a very early flight the next morning. The rooms are old and have very uncomfortable beds. The heating/cooling system was very loud. The location is not in a good area and i felt very unsafe. There were no coffee pots in the rooms. The floor was dirty. I would never stay here again!! It reminded me of a very cheap weekly motel rental facility.

Very good

The river view is a view of the 🌳 which was fine, beats the parking lot, but is a little deceptive.

The breakfast was bare bones. Where's the river? Oh there it is on the otherside of the trees.

Room was clean and looked freshly remodeled , Good a/c and heat will stay again when traveling to Eugene. Plus quick and friendly check in…

Will not choose this hotel again.

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant.

The beds were broken down and the towels were dirty. No coffee or cups in the room. The facility did not have ice or vending machines. Had to walk across the street to the 7 Eleven.

Very rude and aggressive staff. I would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel advertised as having coffee making facilities in the room. They did not. When I raised this, they did provide me with coffee.

Check out was 11am. At 10.10 a woman started banging on my door and screaming at me to leave, I told her I would leave by check out time. Ten minutes later, at 10.20 the phone in my room rang. It was the same woman, and she started screaming down the phone at me, telling me to leave. I had to tell her again check out was at 11am and I would leave by then. She was incredibly rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I will not stay here again and would not recommend that anyone else stays here.

Ok, if nothing is available.

It was available.

Too noisy: street, neighbors, and trains. Bed is just a big cot with lots of squeaky springs. Would have been more comfortable on the love seat.

The room served its purpose, but the information about the motel and its services should be updated.

The price was cheap compared to other motels in Eugene.

There was no continental breakfast or any type of breakfast. There was no coffee available in the office, and no coffee maker in the room. All of these things were supposedly provided according to the motel information, but were not available. So I walked across the street to 7-11 to buy coffee and snacks.

wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. lots of questionable “artifacts” from previous tenants. wet wipes and some elbow grease and I slept at least

We needed a room in the downtown area near the airport for 1 night. This suited what we needed.

Price was good. The refrigerator and microwave were useful.

Had to go next door to get a soft drink. There are no vending machines

Very good

After 12 am, someone was coming upstairs with very loud music and it woke me up between 2 and 3 times. Maybe a little more security wouldn't go down well with everyone.

Save Your $$ Go somewhere ELSE!!!

Not much.

It started out fine... got to check in and the young blonde woman at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude to me. Then Once in the room... we noticed how concave and Thin the bed/mattress was.... And NO clock in the room. Lack of Hot water... not to mention the Constant high pitch squeal from the sad little ICE CAKED Mini-Fridge. I will Not stay there again!

We stayed 3 nights.. we never once had our room cleaned, no clean towels either and we had to take out our own garbage. There was a woman hanging around telling people that they had to have their masks on even when we were outside, i dont even think she was an employee.. but the funny thing is was that she had her mask off so she could smoke. Im sure the hotel is short staffed but its not that hard to drop off a couple clean towels. Would not reccommend.

About as can be expected for a 2 star hotel. Safe, clean enough, and well priced for what it offers.

It was cheap! The staff were friendly.

The room was not very comfortable (the bed was hard, pillows weren't comfortable). The shower was dirty. Not in the hotels control, but guests should know there is a very loud train that blares all night. The first morning, staff knocked on the door next to us repeatedly for almost three hours only to realize that the person was supposed to check out the next day (they apologized). The walls are paper thin, so we heard everything and kept waking up worried someone was knocking on our door.

Spackle on the walls. Horrible decor to include dirty silk flower statue (see photo) Fire alarm chirping at 4 am. No one answered when called to the front desk. I had to walk down to get assistance, and the fellow that came to help simply took out the battery. Pretty sure that is illegal!! Don't stay here.

Keep looking for a different property

It was a convenient location for where I was going and there were food choices within walking distance. The toilet was clean. Lots of space in the room.

Where do I start. The bed was like sleeping on plywood, the desk top was sticky (pretty sure little kid fingers made that mess), a dirty towel thrown up on the shelf above the closet (not sure how long it's been there) and there was two hairs in the tub. The doors are extremely loud when they shut and you can hear your neighbors all through the night. No chain on the door for security. Pretty sure my neighbors were selling drugs as their door opened a minimum of 10 times through the night with different voices each time. There was a security camera close to my door but given no action was taken at that behavior, I'd say it's safe to say it doesn't work. Parking is extremely tight, I have a fairly compact vehicle and it was still difficult to move about the lot. There is a coffee pot in the room but no filter, coffee, tea or accoutrements. Also, we had to wait a while for someone to check us in as the lobby is locked and nothing to let you know how to contact staff.
