Location convenient & quiet.
Room was comfortable overall.
Area for dogs was clean and supplied pick-up bags.
Mattress - seems to have had a plastic covering that made noises when I moved on it. Do all Accessible suites have this?
Number of tables at normal height in the breakfast area were very limited.
Temperature was tricky to regulate.

Looked to be fairly new or well kept up
One chair in the room; 2nd floor elevator call button stuck or didn’t work, had to push up button to get elevator; there was tissue in my toilet- don’t want to know;

The staff was excellent. Very friendly
The pullout couch mattress was extremely worn out. My starter opted to sleep on the couch like normal rather than put up with it.

The rooms are very dated. This facility is in desperate need of an upgrade.
