My room was surprisingly large and very clean and comfortable . The a.c. leaked a bit , but i had it running 5 days straight as it was over a 100 degrees everyday. I did find a deal roach in the corner of my.eoom, but these things happen in texas. The room was spotless so being dirty wasn't the. I pre booked and pre paid and was incredibly disappointed that the pool was down. The pool was literally a deciding factor when I booked. It would have made sense for the receptionist to let me know. Other then that i would say the room was 100% worth it
Tv channels stunk. No streaming services.. pool broken without any notice given

Room cleaning staff are pleasant and polite. Rooms are mostly clean. Has coin laundry nearby on the first floor
Floors are always dirty. Windows and doors have gaps that allow spiders inside. Office staff are impatient and disrespectful.

the shower did not work.
also, the towel that i was supposed to use to shower with, had a long string of hair hanging on it
