We had a very good stay and really had nothing to complain about. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the PATH station, which makes it very convenient for visiting New York City without having to drive into Manhattan. It is also close to a shopping mall.
Free parking was a big advantage, especially since EV charging stations are also available. The room was comfortable and everything met our expectations.
Definitely recommended, and we would stay here again when traveling to New York by car.
The breakfast selection is somewhat limited, but it was still perfectly acceptable and in line with what I would expect from a 3-star hotel. Other than that, we had no complaints.

Convenient to shops, waterfront, dining and the tunnel to Manhattan. Coffee and breakfast on the patio was very nice.
Nothing really stands out, we enjoyed our stay.

the rooms are small but well equipped, we booked for a family of four (2x queens) and space was sufficient. Breakfast was very good and ambient was nice (after renovation). Location is very convenient to spent a day in NYC w/o crashing the bank.

Free pastries and coffee in the lobby, good location, sheets seemed clean, lots of lights in the room, and very friendly kind staff.
Unfortunately my room had a bit of a fruit fry problem and I could hear the plumbing groaning and shrieking. I've stayed in a lot of similar motels/hotels to this one over the last year while traveling and the fruit fly thing was pretty unique among places I've stayed; it was unpleasant.

"Location. It was close to the places we wanted to go in the area. A bonus was that it was a short, safe walk to the Newport Centre mall which was a great place walk, shop and dine indoors."
