Very good value for money considering its proximity to the city centre (e.g., nearby AEON mall). It's a great place to consider if you just need a simple place to rest when stopping by Seremban for a short while!
- there was a cockroach in one of the rooms and my father had to kill it with his slippers
- the bedsheets on my bed had dark stains (see attached photos), which the receptionist explained were the inevitable effects of offsite bulk laundry cleaning (I wouldn't know). The receptionist couldn't accede to my request for a room change but called the cleaning team to replace the bedsheets. Even though the new bedsheets still had similar stains, they were less obvious and I was okay to continue staying in the room. But the staff replacing the bedsheets seemed upset that he had to follow up on this issue (e.g., he threw the folded towel on the bed onto the vanity table rather aggressively)

Comfortable for me to stay.
The hotel area quite near to KTV. Start from night time, the area was noisy from that place. Muslim restaurant got only one nearby to the hotel (walking distance)

Location was nice as located at alot of eateries area , bars and etc at seremban 2
One of the disco club music bass can be heard inside the room so loud until early morning and sometimes until 7 - 8am. Been staying here few times but the bass sound is still there. The door to upstrairs can be easily entered by outsiders and seems like not secure at all. The light bulb behind the bed frame all not working as described as been staying here few times with different rooms.
