Shevon was awesome but the rest of the staff was horrible. I do not recommend.

A satisfactory overnight stop . Clean & comfortable with a goood choice at breakfast time & a reliable shuttle s

We weren’t planning on staying here , but due to a flight cancellation it was a necessary over night stop that was preferable to staying in the airport . So we were very grateful for the short notice availability & the price was reasonable . Although the location is not close to any main amenities , everything else was catered for . There is a room service menu & breakfast was provided . We actually used Uber eats which was fine . The room was clean & comfortable with a view of the Delaware River & there was a nice park within walking distance . The bathroom is equipped with Dove personal care products including hair conditioner which was a plus for me personally . The staff were helpful & the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus too . This property served its purpose well & I’ve not complaints

it was close to the venue

1. gross and dirty! 2. mold and water stains in the bathroom and bedroom 3. musty smell!! 4. dirty mirror I had to clean myself 5. stained tub that was so gross my daughter wore flip flops to shower 6. there were hairs inside the “clean” towels- almost threw up!

my first room someone else was already staying in, second room smelt like straight smoke, third room was good but tub area was rough and all the carpets had stains on them

Nice stay

We liked the size of the room, it was huge. It was a room for the disabled. However, it was very nice. We like that they had a complimentary breakfast.

The closet did not have a bar for a standing person. It was very low and our clothes dragged on the floor. The towel rack was too far from the shower. We need it more light in the bedroom, a lamp on the desk would have been nice. We were glad they had breakfast, however it was not that great.

This was not at all what I expected or experienced staying at a Holiday Inn.

The location from the airport was a plus. Breakfast, although we did not eat smelled and looked great.

I booked a King Suite, when we arrived we were told there was no King beds available. The desk clerk said it was because we booked via a third party (booking.com). Once we got to the 3rd floor, the carpet tiles were missing (just concrete). We continued to our room to find the closet door off track, hair follicles in the shower as well on linen. The sink made a loud obnoxious noise when turned on.

Love this hotel

Staff is super friendly never have a issue when I stay there. This is my second time staying in this hotel & it hasn't disappointed me yet.

The two days were quiet and restful.

It was simple and could have included more fruit, but was good.

Perhaps the long wait for the pick-up from the Airport and the long wait for transport to the Airport. Driver was not friendly.

Our stay included comfort & cleanliness, along with friendly staff .... especially Donna.

Very good hot breakfast selection.

Was to have a room with 2 double beds but given a room with a king bed.

Overall pleasant just could use newer carpet had some stains and that others could more quiet

Location was nice and room was clean comfortable bed

Could use new updated/cleaner carpet, noise from doors slamming and people running over top at night after quiet time 10pm

The shuttle driver Sanjay was awesome, always smiling and willing to help.

I was checked out the second day of my stay and my room was given to another person who realized the room was still in use and returned to the front desk, this error should Not be happening, that was very uncomfortable for me. I know mistakes happen.
