Close to Lost Island

Pool was closed. The TV barely worked unless the remote was in a certain spot. Cleaning staff never came by after we left the first night. Came back to no clean towels.

Nasty

Woke up to roaches in the bedroom and restroom. Told the staff and he stayed. I brought them to the hotel. No way and how my husband was talked to when he confronted the staff was not ok Very poor customer service

Only stay if you don’t care where you lay.

How nice the staff were.

When I checked in, I was told that the room was clean because it was the last available room. Then when when I went to my room, it was dirty, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling as if someone untwisted it. I had to go to the front desk & ask for cleaning products so I can at least feel comfortable in my room. The sheets looked like somebody stayed in the room prior & they just made up the bed. I drove 15 hours to deal with & pay for a dirty room. There are no microwaves in the rooms. It’s only one in the lobby. No one cleaned the room the 3 nights we were there. But the guy the checked me in was really nice!

Disappointing

The price and people were nice.

Room didn’t seem clean, I was going to the bathroom and there was poop in shower curtain. Then dropped my phone at the head of the bed and found a baggie with cocaine.

They don't have a swimming pool.

Not coming back

Loud guests. No one at the front desk when I checked out - the cleaning lady helped me after I called the front desk multiple times. Surprise cover charge when I showed up. No complimentary shampoo. Bedding had a stain, sticky floor, stains in the bathroom. Loud water pipes, I could hear when others were showering.

Better off sleeping in your car.

The heat worked.

The water pressure was so low I had to lean under the showerhead to catch the trickle of water one body part at a time. The room itself was disgusting with filth on the floor that is noticeable at a glance, the first thing I saw upon entering the room was a cigarette butt on the floor under the heater.

One of the main things we were trying to do was take our kids to the pool. Which they had open saturday night but closed it early and then siad it would be open at 9 inthe morning but went with kids ready to go, to get told no it wasnt open and that something wasnt working right but it clearly was, u could tell they just didnt want to deal with it

Truly unsafe.

That the hotel was not safe. The doors to the hotel did not lock so any one was coming in. The windows didn’t lock and there was very visible signs of drugs being sold/bought. And the woman who ran up and down the halls screaming was the icing on the cake.

It took 15 minutes to find my reservation. I was told I had cancelled it.

They were remodeling and the halls were full of furnature and water buckets to catch drips from the ceiling. Tools left in the room. Oily film on the floors in the room. I reserved 2 queens and only had one. Other Motel 6 locationswere aaleays better than this.

Went to my car to actually get some sleep, due to the noise.

Noise all night from the room next door. Lazy staff wouldn't do anything about it.

I would not stay here again

The check-in was great, the room was fair no major nice to stay place but worked for what I needed.

There is no breakfast at this facility for the money which is a bit disheartening other than a cup of coffee for 88 a night and the facility needs to be remodeled badly.
