Enjoyed and will stay again

Beds n pillows were comfy.

Toilet is so small / low. Very uncomfortable. Had ppl stomping on floor above. Loud shower in next room. No insulation?

Wouldn't recommend it.

Was the only hotel available & only 4 miles out of town. There were no bugs that I could see. Hotel was quiet.

The hotel was old. the room smelled musty. there was old food stuck to the headboard. The carpet was gross. The bathroom smelled of urine. It is not the grossest hotel room I have seen but it was very expensive (@ $165/night) for how run down & dirty it was.

Very comfortable and had all amenities that we needed. Very quiet most of the time.

Loved the breakfast and the pool. The kids had so much fun. l.

Disappointing

The staff there were very nice. The bed seemed clean.

The room was outdated, the carpet seemed damp near the jacuzzi and it smelled musty in the room (probably from the wet carpet), the showerhead was coming out of the dry wall and when I tried to adjust it, it was moving around in the wall. The bed frame was weird and didn't have a headboard, just a bar 1' above our heads and we kept hitting our heads on it. There was something odd growing around the new AC unit. The TV was ok but I wish it were a smart TV. The bathroom layout was crammed, probably to make up for the room lost from the jacuzzi. Our room didn't look like the pictures at all

Not worth the price.

Breakfast was great! Pool was nice.

Facility was old and not very kept up. Bathroom was "very" outdated. Three walls of mirrors in the shower/tub was weird.

In the short time we were there, we seen cop’s twice and creepy people all over

I like direct doors from outside into room

My family reserved 2 rooms, tried to give us the room that had a leak or something in bathroom….. seemed like there were a lot so fans goin in rooms

Exceptional

I came this way for a funeral and was not familiar with the area. This hotel is very convenient to the HWY. I could and did easily walk next door a couple buildings away to a nice family restaurant. The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and my room was actually a suite and was beautiful with pretty antiques too. The desk was very helpful with directions to get me to IA in the morning.

I loved it, only wish I'd been here on a vacation and longer

The location.

We used a booking service and unknowingly double booked. Despite doing automatic early check in we were unaware of the double booking until we arrived. The person checking us in said she couldn't do anything about the double booking and referred us to the booking company. They sent us back to the hotel. She said she resolve it in the morning; in the morning she said she'd send a message to us (after we left); then informed us since we checked in later in the afternoon they couldn't resale the second booking (which they did) and if we let them know sooner they could have canceled the second booking. Since all was automated as far as booking and early check in we had no way of knowing about the error. We've stayed there before and we're satisfied. We won't be staying there again OR using the booking agency again. Automated systems are most to make travel and booking less complicated . . . Had we talked with a real person we would have known about the double booking. The error occurred when I attempted to book using my PayPal via my phone and lost the link twice. I then booked using my credit card and received confirmation. Nether the booking company OR the hotel were willing to be accountable for the error or resolve the issue (kept referring us to the other party . . . . back and forth). It was my birthday and we had other plans and I didn't want to argue with either and have it ruin my day. The biggest mistake is them trying to string me along with "we'll get back to you in the morning", and " "we'll send you a text". . . .especially when they re-booked the room later that night to someone else and made double the profit. Clearly they didn't have customer satisfaction in mind. They both lost any future bookings from us.

Price and location

I was put in room 111 which I believe was the hangout for employees. It had it's own door to the parking lot. When I first entered the room the TV was on and the window was open. The door to the parking lot was unlocked. I went out to the front desk to make sure that the room was not already occupied and was told it was not. I went back to the room and noticed there wasn't any toilet paper so I went back to the front desk and the young lady brought some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap which were also missing. When I took a shower that evening there was a personal bar of soap in the shower, The floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned. The hotel was not anywhere near full that night so I don't understand why I was put in that room. Stayed on 09/25/2022
