When I made the reservation through Booking.com -- It was for a smoking room. Which was a choice but when I got my room. It wasn't a smoking room. So, does the hotel actually have smoking rooms? If not, then Booking.com needs to change their website.
That I didn't get the smoking room I requested. Also, when I got checked - in the luggage cart was not present. I checked every floor and told the front desk. They should have found it for me. Luckily I was on the first floor but I still had to make more than 3 trips to get my personal belongings to my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom floor in room 307 needs repair. Right in front of the toilet there is a weak spot. I imagine it is rotten due to water leaks.

The lie about room! No house keeping you have to bring the linen down yourself. The shower head is not attached to shower !
