Kids running around the halls at very early hours. I hear them at 6:30 am, my son in another room said they started at around 4:00 am

Private and not too busy, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
The jacuzzi needs updating/overhaul.

Our room was a standard room, more than enough room for 4 people comfortably. The balcony was a bonus. Breakfast at the Black Diamond Provisions was DELICIOUS and very convenient. The bed was a bit firm for us, but the second night of sleep we were fine.
I think some updates to the common hallway areas are necessary (lots of soft spots on the floors). It just seemed like they renovated their conference areas instead of where guests actually stay. Not a deterrent though.

Location.
They appeared to be understaffed. Café did not open on time in the morning and one person working. Pool area was not very clean. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Had to ask for clean towels on day 2, and our dirty towels sat in the hallway, where the front desk told us to put them and someone would pick them up. Still there the next day.
