Location, and that pet friendly. And the bathroom was cleaner then bathroom other part.
The floor in front of the first bed was loose where it was tiles. When you stepped on one end of it the other end would pop up , my aunt cut her toe on it. It needs fixed asap !! The floor was also dirty my feet was black when I washed them. The staff on Sunday was very rude and house keeping lady was very rude !!! The front desk Tuesday morning was nice. My aunt asked for coffee and she said we don't make it no more after it's all gone. Older people like coffee, especially when the rooms have no coffee pot!!!!
