It was a quick easy access to the mountain.. Add a hot tub and a sauna

The physical spot is outstanding. It is under construction and will be nice when completed.

The room was newly refurbished and beautiful. The view out from the second floor was fantastic.

This is the first time we have done no contact check in and unsure how we feel about that method. The sink and shower were not working. At the time my husband couldn't find a staff person to help. My husband also left a note before we left concerning this but never heard back from anyone. The rooms need to be more sound proof. There was also an open spot at the bottom of the adjoining room door. It was very noisy.

Good spot but tad over priced for your amenities

The location was great for a show at Medowbrook and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and much better than I had anticipated when taking in everything else. They are remodeling the whole Inn and they are trying hard with new flooring, bathroom fixtures and decor.

Front desk staff / manager was not very helpful. Left me standing there waiting and was surprised I had a question while standing at the desk for 5 minutes, I also noticed new customers arrive and left standing in the lobby with no help as she was outside talking to house keeping while they were on break. Walls are very thin and some doors in the main hallway can slam loudly. I dont think anyone was doing this intentionally and it was something that would catch you off guard and startle you. Our room was a inside room with a skylight and no way to close off the light coming in first thing in the morning so we were up early each morning. We could not get the shower to turn on at all.

Everything about this inn was fantastic! Everything was spotless clean, not just wiped down but still sticky. There's plenty of fun things to do with children besides looking at the TV or browsing the internet. The livingroom is stocked with comfortable chairs and interesting and BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Our hostess was very interested in our questions, informed, accurate and helpful. The fitness room is actually a HUGE facility filled with many weights and aerobic machines with a ping pong table and also beautiful views. There was a swimming pool which wasn't open so we didn't see.. we went in January, but I can see how it would be just as beautiful and fun in the summer. Our only complaint was the beds were very soft. My husband has a bad back. We will certainly be calling them and asking about beds with good support because this is the place we want to stay!

I only needed a double bed. My stay was a pleasant experience and a great value!

The whole property is going under a transformation with a new owner. Each room is tastefully redecorated and modernized, clean, inviting. Fantastic value! Staff is accommodating. I forgot earrings in my room. They called right away to tell me. They are shipping them to me.

Nothing negative to say, great values.
