The rooms were very clean and nice.
Stairs to the rooms were very difficult to climb to reach our room on the second floor for my 97 year old Mother.

There is no breakfast. Although there is a restaurant attached to the motel. The carpet in the room was stained and the cooling system in the room had a loud bang before it came on. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job with what they had to work with. Other than the carpet, it was clean.
Loud banging noise every time the air came on. Caused a lack of sleep.
