Welcoming and helpful workers(staff)!!!
The windows a bit dirty and the dirt in front of the balconies should be picked up more often (which unfortunately is done by irresponsible tenants).

The room was exceptionally clean and it was huge. All the appliances worked as they should. They even have dispensers on the shower wall with body wash, soap, and shampoo, all dial brand. The hotel pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. There is a deck you can sit on overlooking lake Holly. The staff was friendly and so helpful, and I cannot say enough about how immaculately clean the room was.

Pretty good location close by the beach and a little lakeside dock to relax near.
The man at the counter was always helpful and friendly whenever I’d go into the office for water.
Room was decently clean, didn’t notice any bugs or anything off putting. Fridge and microwave worked. Good mirror light in the bathroom.
Seemed pretty safe as people would leave bikes and shoes laying around outside and not have them stolen

My room 121 had a pretty big gap under the door meaning you could hear just about everything going on outside which made it hard to sleep. And would’ve been easy for someone to slip something under to open it up. Had to stuff towels in there just to muffle sounds.
Paper thin walls
Furniture was a little banged up and the property overall could use some maintenance, but it’s not run-down.
Shower curtain didn’t have a liner, so the bathroom floor kept becoming soaked after every shower.
The blankets are pretty thin
