Clean and convenient

No hand soap, had to ask for an ice bucket and only got the liner. Checked in late Saturday afternoon. Was hoping to use the pool Sunday morning but couldn’t because it opened at 10 and check out was at 11. Had planned on exercising in the pool because there was no fitness room.

Room very clean and domestic staff excellent. Breakfast lacking in many ways. Out of bowls for cereal, strawberries for yogurt out for most of my stay,coffee creamer out for several days, orange juice all water a few days and no staff in Breakfast room some days. Room had no microwave or coffee machine. Tv hard to manage and chanel choices too much sports and cartoons. Choices very poor. Refrigerator way too small. No grab bar beside toilet. Desk staff needing sensitivity training wanting to put a (me) obviously elderly woman with mobility issues using a cane up on the 3rd floor. I even asked at booking for a first floor room. I stayed here because it was very convenient to both my friends I was visiting. Comfort Inn had way better Breakfast grab bars in bathroom, tv channels and desk staff.
