A convenient overnight stay as we were passing through Livingstone - good location close to many restaurants and take away places. Also had basic supplies for coffee and small fridge for keeping our supplies as we were on a road trip.
Not a luxury stay for sure! Although the place was clean enough, room carpet and lack of good ventilation made the room feel stuffy. Floor carpeting did not help.

I like the location. The breakfast bar is okay, just would prefer brewed coffee instead of vending machine quality.
The towels need to be updated, they are extremely small, thin and discolored. Very disappointing. The coffee machine was disappointing it was similar to a vending machine, not fresh brewed coffee.
