Second Floor Concrete walk way was horrible Cracked and broken the whole length of the building Needs Correcting Badly

Ms Candace at the front desk was awesome she was very welcoming kind and professional and she was very helpful when it came to an issue that we had she took care of it right away.
There was a problem with the bedding there was hair on one of our pillowcases from a previous person that stayed there before us but it was handled ASAP by Ms Candace and she was apologetic for the problem.
