How nice the staff was ..plus how close it was to every place we needed to go .
The cleaning 🧹🧼 wasn't the best . The first day we walked in we could tell the shower wasn't cleaned it had a wash cloth from the previous people who had stayed in the room before us. Plus sheets were left in the hall overnight down from our room . The pool had green film on the bottom of the pool. It's a beautiful place, I would stay again .

The bed, the location, the food and the lady that attended during the breakfast, was very nice with my family. we like the parking, and the social area. the elevator and the ice machine. we like the coffee too.
the person in the front desk was terrible, they were not friendly or attentive, they did not pay me attention to the reservation, which was already made a month in advance, they were angry and grumpy, they billed me twice for the room, they did not check that I had already paid online through the booking app. The only kind person was the lady who attended me in the morning who was able to resolve the charges to my credit card. The most surprising part is that in the booking app the room is for 4 or 5 people with a king size bed and upon entering it was a double bed, that is, only for 2 people, misleading advertising
