Location is great. Bed was comfortable; room was clean and quiet. Nice large shower. Staff were friendly.
Other than in the bathroom, the lighting in the room was poor. Odd terrace outside room. Parking garage underneath—which costs $25 per night—did not feel secure. Hotel itself is designed with too many hard surfaces; feels rather unwelcoming. You can select Breakfast option for an extra $15 per person per day, but don’t believe that’s what you’ll end up paying. It’s served in the hotel restaurant and you order off their usual menu. And add tax and tip. So the $15 is “applied” to your breakfast cost; it does not cover it. Young woman server was great, though.

liked the shutters. very thick and dark
$25 "overnight parking charge" added to my bill. I had no car. had to call hotel to reverse charge.

Fabulous setting with rooftop observation deck that had amazing views of the surrounding area and campus.
Our room was dark and had one small window overlooking a walkway for an event space which thankfully wasn’t occupied. The rooftop space was accessible to all but no services there plus many chairs and tables were piled in a heap in one part of this level which looked junky. Staircase to this top level was dirty.

Location
I reached out to Booking about us having to move hotel rooms due to no A/C. Since we were downgraded to a smaller room, the price was less, yet I never was reimbursed.
